Summery
TPT24 is an industrial e-commerce platform focused on instrumentation, measurement, testing, calibration, inspection, electrical, electronic, and related technical equipment.
I completed the website’s design and development and subsequently focused on improving its performance, resolving technical issues, and optimizing the overall user experience.
After the design phase, the website experienced severe performance issues, to the point that GTmetrix initially could not successfully generate a performance report. I implemented and configured LiteSpeed Cache and worked through multiple optimization stages, improving the GTmetrix performance grade from E to B.
Following the optimization process, several compatibility issues emerged between the website’s theme and LiteSpeed optimization features. These conflicts were investigated and resolved while continuing to refine the website and fix remaining UI and functional issues.
The project is currently ongoing, with SEO optimization, technical improvements, bug fixing, and email marketing development being carried out in collaboration with my team.
Challenge
1. Severe Performance Issues
After completing the website design and development, the website experienced significant performance problems.
At the initial stage, GTmetrix was unable to successfully generate a performance report, making it necessary to address the underlying performance issues before continuing with further optimization.
2. Complex E-Commerce Structure
The website operates as a specialized industrial e-commerce platform with a broad product catalog, multiple technical categories, brands, product attributes, and filtering requirements.
This required performance improvements without compromising the functionality of the product catalog and shopping experience.
3. Theme & Optimization Conflicts
After implementing LiteSpeed Cache and performance optimization features, several conflicts appeared between the website’s theme and optimization settings.
These issues affected parts of the website’s functionality and visual presentation and required individual investigation and testing.
4. Ongoing Technical Issues
Because the website is still under active development, new bugs, UI inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities continue to be identified and addressed.
5. SEO Foundation
Although the website is technically active, it currently has limited organic search performance. SEO improvements therefore require ongoing technical, structural, and content-related work rather than a one-time optimization.

Solution
I approached the project as an ongoing technical optimization process rather than a one-time website delivery.
The first priority was to make the website measurable and stable from a performance perspective. LiteSpeed Cache was configured and optimized to improve caching, asset delivery, and overall page performance.
The optimization process progressed through multiple stages:
Initial State → GTmetrix Unavailable → Grade E → Grade B
After reaching Grade B, I continued testing the website to identify compatibility issues introduced by optimization features. Conflicts between LiteSpeed and the website theme were isolated and resolved through configuration adjustments and technical fixes.
Alongside performance work, I continued improving the website’s interface, fixing bugs, and refining the overall user experience.
